I loved the spacious and well-decorated bathroom. It featured a separate area for the toilet, ensuring privacy and comfort, which is important for us seniors. The design felt modern yet cozy, making my stay enjoyable.
More grab bars in the bathroom would help seniors.

The breakfast was awesome, and the pool area was perfect for chilling out after a day exploring the area. We loved being so close to everything. Definitely check out the Buffalo Jeep tour!
We did notice the parking fee, which felt a bit high, but it's pretty standard for places in the area.

High-quality stay for families
Spent one night in a Queen Suite and it was spacious with a comfy setup. The staff were friendly, like when they greeted us at breakfast, and that pool. Amazing for the kids!
Wasn't exactly inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious and super comfy, and I loved the convenience of the underground parking. I really enjoyed chilling in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day. The only hassle was a bit of noise from outside, but it didn't ruin my stay—definitely check it out if you’re in the area! 🌟

missingWrote a review on Jul 05modern buildingspacious roomlack of privacystaff responsiveness issuesdesign flaws
The hotel features a modern building with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The underground parking adds peace of mind while exploring the area. Breakfast was decent, and the proximity to local attractions is a significant plus. However, the design of the pool area lacks privacy due to visible upper-level rooms, which detracts from the experience, and staff responsiveness could improve in dealing with such concerns.

missingWrote a review on Jun 10comfy bedgood breakfastrelaxing hot tubpool noisedelayed cleaning
I loved the roomy setup in the King Suite with Sofa Bed. The bed felt comfy, and the couch was a bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The pool area is pretty nice. indoor heated pool and a hot tub made for a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was quite good with plenty of options. Parking was a hassle and came at an additional charge, which didn’t sit well with me. The noise from the pool was noticeable, especially at night, but it wasn't too disruptive. I encountered issues with the cleaning service. they only came once during my week-long stay when it was supposed to be every two days. The bathroom layout looked fancy but wasn’t practical. Staff could improve communication regarding cleaning schedules, and a heads-up about fees would have been nice. Overall, the hotel had its charm but fell short in some key areas.
